It is unfortunate that you were made to feel bad, but you can’t force the person to apologize. Everyone experiences things differently and it would be hard to make an objective judgment about this, but ultimately it is up to the taxi company whether or not you will get an apology. You can talk to the taxi company and tell them what the driver said or did that you felt was rude.
