If you don’t want to accept a huge charge, contact the company that runs the coin-operated parking lot on the spot and tell them you lost the ticket, and ask them to explain how it charges and to explain what steps you can take. Some companies will refund your money later, except for the amount you owed at the time you lost the ticket.
