I want to smoke while eating in a restaurant. Where am I allowed?

In Japanese restaurants, if a smoking room is provided inside the restaurant, smoking is allowed only in that room. If you feel the urge to smoke, check with the restaurant staff to see where you can smoke. Also, when choosing a restaurant, it is a good idea to check in advance whether smoking is allowed inside the restaurant.
