The room at the lodging was different from what was shown on the booking site.

If the actual lodging facilities are different from what was shown on the online booking site, contact the manager of the lodging immediately and tell them what you want. Or, if you made the reservation through an online booking site, you should also make a claim to that site. The negotiation will go more smoothly if you kept screenshots of the reservation screen or the like. However, the booking site might display a notice on screen that the room being shown may not be the one you are reserving, so check the site carefully again.
